a series I'd go to in spite of a strong dislike for a couple of pieces
http://www.cleveland.com/musicdance/index.ssf/2016/03/cleveland_orchestra_pulls_bac
includes VARESE: Amériques, LIGETI: Piano Conc., DEBUSSY: Pelléas.., STRAVINSKY: Apollon Mus. & Threni, SCHOENBERG Chamber Sym #5 (?? - a misprint ?), and Piano Conc.   and more not intended for those who only go to the 4 Seasons and Brandenburgs. .

That seems like a great program.

Also, I just realized that the jacked violinist you have as your avatar is Arnold, hahaha. Must be from a movie.

STAY HUNGRY (1976)  directed by Bob Rafelson, with Sally Field and Jeff Bridges.  based on a book by Charles Gaines

Sally Field, Jeff Bridges, and Arnold Schwarzenegger? That's a full daily allowance of surreal, right there!
