Hello my friends.

I'm from Brasil, love classical music, learning english (so, escuse my possible errors). I have a lot of classical music in my HD and really considering this kind of sound much more deep and inteligent than all the great majority musics. But i really dont know nothing about the study of classical music, instruments, moments, time, details, etc. And i love to learn all of this.

Thanks!

Yes, welcome from me too.  :)

Just listening to 'Reisado do pastoreio Batuque' by your compatriot Oscar Lorenzo Fernandez - a very enjoyable work.

Thank you, people! You are very welcoming!

@vandermolen, thanks for the tip! Im listen right now Oscar Lorenzo and really enjoying!

well, about my favorite composers, i know a little of each, for example: love a Vivaldi's style, Bach,  i know a little about michael blavet and i like, love Zefiro Torna of monteverdi, some of hildengard von bingen too, and many others. But for example, a music what i really love the melodic construction is (a clichê) Canon of Pachelbel! I really love! I search for this kind of music, that cause this fealing of compassion, peace.
i listen too some of alternative composers, like Rene Aubry, Yann Tiersen, Uakti (group), Philip Glass, and all f this kind of music!

So, if you have some indications for me, i appreciate!

It was my pleasure Thomas  :).
I wonder if you like the music of another compatriot of your Claudio Santoro? I love his Symphony 4 and No.9 is great too. There are other admirers here, like Christo I think. I find No.4 to be insprinting, moving, catchy and memorable. You will find lots of recommendations here from like-minded people. Best wishes. Jeffrey:
