I would definitively NOT recommend the Pappano Aida.  Boring performance in my mind.
I also have the Sabine Devieilhe Weber sisters, the Néere of Veronique Gens and the Gurre Lieders by Markus Stenz & the Gürzenich-Orchester Köln.  I enjoyed all three recordings.

I almost got the Shotakovich 10th/Andris Nelsons and the Monteverdi Madrigals (Arts Florissants).

I certainly like the Podger Biber Rosary Sonatas a great deal.
