I checked some Finnish saga inspired 'symphonic' epic, all rendered in the horrid / tinny-cheesy timbres of the Garriten sound library that comes along with Sibelius notation software, and think that estimation of "undervalued" is more than a titch highly overvalued.   

Midi-marvel comps in a somewhat retro style which, though original, are basically a rehash of Sibelius infused with a combined sensibility of the more current yet highly derivative video game and film composer(s) are, I think, primarily entertaining to their composers and just about no one else.

Well, his Piano Quintet and Viola Concerto computer-generated muzak on YT don't inspire much hope of the public picking up on his stuff.
I found it uninspired.

One of the main reasons I couldn't become a Famous Composer is because of my last name... let's say- McDonald, or Smith,...that just doesn't have that ring to it... Philip Glass is already pushing it... whatever happened to Niccolo Castiglioni, or Stravinsky... proper Composer names...

If you go on Amazon, and type in your Composer's name, but something other than your stuff comes up first, well then, you have failed at your ComposerName...

Prokofiev?... never a problem... Curtis Curtis-Smith, not so much...

Even Pettersson is clear... but please not Hampton, or Bushmill, or Tillman,...


NO, you MUST have a good Italian name to be a Composer. Period.

Actually, our friend did the right thing: when you have a boring, non-Composer name, you ALWAYS have to use all three names, so, GGI gets points there. Charles Metcalf Henderson III (even though, that's about as lame as it gets)

The story of Kullervo differs from all other folktales in that it describes the effects of child abuse. In the end of the poem the character Väinämöinen especially warns all parents about abusing their children. I am a judge of contemporary composers and I listened to your music.  I think your music is worthy of being heard however your mock up is not very good.  In short, I thought your viola concerto was interesting and would sound quite good if performed by a live ensemble.  In short, your music desperately needs a live performance.

I would suggesting posting in "Composing and Performing" like the rest of us, but then what need is there for interaction with other composers when you're already so good!
