Symphonic or asymphonic music

You probably have heard these lyrics

There is little doubt here that "symphony" is a pejorative here. And once somebody issues a word pejoratively once it's pejorative forever, no matter who uses it, or when, or how. For example, I am sure I have seen orfeo use the word to describe some modern music by Holmboe, an outrageous slight against a splendid composer! I especially like his Thingy #8!

Not necessarily a pejorative forever. Examples: Christian, Impressionist...
