Here is a mock-version of "Winter Light" from a piano quintet I just completed. It is based on 3 or 4 different hexachord types in quasi-serial fashion (though pc order is liberal). It's slow-fast-slow and a little over five minutes in duration.

Here's  my last 2025 work. It's an episodic extension of my 46th chamber symphony. I make use of what I call the "Mystic Chord" which is simply an (0468/b27) set. Without the a-flat (8) it's a diatonic chord, but I often treat the set as a complete entity, and voice it as written above (though often transposed). There are, of course, other materials as well.
