OK, let's assume this is accurate, even the majority of women assertion.  How is this a negative?  (I understand that you may not view it as such.)

My guess, but completely unverified, would be that my country (Denmark) and perhaps-perhaps very few other countries in Northern Europe (UK?) would be the only ones with a female majority.

It´s pretty easy to google documentation for increased tattoo trends in my country, and I suspect this applies to many other countries as well. For example, there are 10 times more tattoo workers than some decades ago, 15% of the population now have tattoos, and women having them (albeit often small ones) now even form a majority.

An article from a couple of years ago states that having now become a wide-spread midde-class means of expression as well, it will probably loose momentum as trendy around 2020 or so.
Never underestimate the pleasure of demanding a link. Some people will demand you prove Generalissimo Francisco Franco is still dead.

Agree, I am overall a link aficionado myself. But there is absolutely no disagreement about tattoos having become increasingly popular here in my country.
And above all, note the very subtle hint suggesting people to perhaps do a little further research about their own country too.

Oh, but he isn't. He's living somewhere in Argentina, if I'm not mistaken. On the other hand, proving Mick Jagger is alive, now that's a real challenge.

Tattoos and piercings are typical of, and widespread in, primitive cultures where they usually go hand in hand with nudity. Their acceptance and spreading in a civilized society marks a mental and ideological return to primitivism.

Don't run! It's an interesting theory but I'd wager the reality is much more complicated / nuanced than that. There might be a parallel to what has happened in music: primitive beats inspiring bold new stuff like Talking Heads or Steve Reich, for example.

I know many of you are opposed to tattoos, but I think you'd have to admit that this is some amazing work!

That is one of the most incredible tattoos I've seen in a long time -- thanks for posting it.  Giving me some ideas, though artwork that extensive is likely a bit costly. (I have 5 small tattoos -- much less total coverage than an entire arm -- and each was roughly $200.)

Indeed!  That elastic waistband is astonishingly realistic!
