Some addition to my previous post. I was able to find longer piece. Actually it's a music extracted from figure skating performance, so you can hear the commentators are chatting. But what the music they skated to?

To the O.P.: I haven't heard the longer sample, but the sample I did hear made me think of film music, more than "hardcore" classical.

I don't think it's even classical music.  It sounds like it was done with synthesizers.  I'd check into new age music for the answer.
