Can't say that I "like" this picture, or ones related to it, as it is certainly horrible to look at.  Apparently, desomorphine, aka Krokodil, is something of an issue in Russia, and it looks like it is slowly spreading in Europe.  This stuff makes meth look like aspirin.  Kinda makes me wonder why codeine is so easily available in some countries, and how long that will last.  This is all new to me, though my teenage son already knew about it.  I wonder if that's a bad thing . . .

Yeah, probably his pants are normal person's shorts, and his shorts are kids' shorts (just guessing).
