Quote from: Karl Henning on January 01, 2025, 01:49:27 PMI'm thinking of what my late Dad was wont to call "Little Christmas," the Feast of the Epiphany, Monday the Sixth. Does that work for you, Jeffrey?

Don't know about Jeffrey, but not for me.

It was just a first thought. What day would be better?

For me, most are good. I'll tell you otherwise.

I guess this happened, and hopefully everyone who could be there had a rewarding experience.

Hopefully I'll make the next one. Until then, Happy New Year to us all.  8)

Sorry for the late reply Karl. I have a dental appointment on 6th January but may be able to join depending on the time of the meeting. I'm back at work next week and will be teaching on Wednesday and Friday and visiting my new granddaughter on Thursday.

Are there days of the week better for you, or is there "volatility" to your schedule?

I hope we can have another one!

I forgot to mention, for those who participated earlier, that my voice has recently been affected by various ailments, which have made it slightly raspy (temporarily, I hope!).

Right now, it seems to be better and almost normal, although the urge to cough for no particular reason does hit me now and then.

Anyway, thanks again to Karl for his organizational efforts!

Maybe I should pluck a day out of God's air, and evoke targeted feedback.

For me, the best days would currently be Monday or Tuesday.

( I'm hoping to be semi-retired sometime this Summer. If that happens, my schedule will be much more open. )

'Working' is the appropriate verb here. In all likelihood, I am at work at the moment. But you never know: don't be disappointed if you do see me appear on your screen.
