For me, one of the legends of comedy and one of the most entertaining guests on any late night TV show I've ever seen. A master of his craft and a one of a kind delivery. He will be missed.

Gurn Blanston

I read an obit the other day that observed that the high point of his career was being the Weekend Update announcer on Saturday Night Live, but my own memories of his go back at least a decade before that when he was a pretty raw standup comic. Funny, funny guy. Even though I haven't seen him now in a long time (he was the first one of the long series of famous people who portrayed Harlan Sanders in the KFC commercials, which may have been the last time I saw him) I still got a strong, sad jolt when I read of his death. :'(
