Thomas Søndergård to be new Music Director of the Minnesota Orchestra

Though I haven't heard Søndergård much, live or recorded, apparently he is very well liked by the orchestra, which counts for a lot. He's doing a great program in October, with The Rite of Spring, and I'll probably fly out to hear it.
