He also made some convincing recordings on a natural horn already in the 1970s on Das Alte Werk, Mozart concerti with Harnoncourt and a bunch of other concerti with Schröder/Amsterdam that are still recommendable, I think, unlike some other pioneering HIP wind/brass recordings.
