Hello, my name is Edmond and I am a musicoholic  :)

Pleasure to join this board. Please be gentle...

Harry

Most of us are!
Being the most gentle person, I welcome you. ;D
But pray tell us a little more about your musical likes and dislikes.

Harry

B_cereus

Thanks Harry.

Likes - I like most stuff.  The holy trinity (Bach, Mozart, Beethoven) who are of course unimpeachable.
Artists: The under-hyped and the under-rated.

Dislikes:
Artists: The over-hyped and the over-rated.

I think that's nice and diplomatic and leaves us free to indulge our prejudices  0:)

Yes, you leave me stunned.
Very well said.
Well best of luck.

A little bit of difference of opinions now and then does not harm the gentleness, only makes this board more interesting!

Glad to have you with us!

Hey Edmond, welcome!  And you will find many musicoholics here (but probably not many in 12-step programs).  ;D

Anyway, enjoy yourself, and let us know what you're listening to.  Where are you located?

Thanks Bruce

I tried the 12-tone program. But it didn't work for me  :-\

I like your style, Edmond. Welcome, indeed. :)

I, too, am addicted to musicohol. It is good to have someone with whom to commiserate.

What?  Don't you mean Elgar, Dittersdorf, and Lloyd Webber?

Welcome aboard, B!

Ja. But it could be a "Holy Quintervate": Bach, Mozart, Wagner, J. Haydn, Mahler. Some might (for example) substitute Shostakovich for Wagner, Haydn, or Mahler. Or Elgar  ;D ;) ;).
