IIRC this was only recently brought back to light, and its premiere was not long ago (in Toronto?)

Must be a charming piece, I should think.

Unearthed 2002 and premiered 2004. It got good reviews too (but it's an earlyish piece - 1923 so it won't be on a level with his later masterpieces like the Four Temperaments, or the Symphony or the Concert Music for Brass and Strings or the late cello concerto).

I don't know if there's a recording yet, but I did hear it live last year, with Leon Fleisher.  Here's the review I did for MusicWeb.

It would be great if Fleisher would record it.

I love Hindemith but seldom think of his music as charming.
