People probably have heard that the Barnes and Noble Classical Sale is going on now, with 40% off all CDs.  There's a lot of great stuff, including Living Stereo SACDs for $5.99 and box sets for a dollar or so a disc.

Thanks. The Boulez Mahler box set was $26.99.

Just picked up the Philips "Original Jackets" 50 CD Boxset at B&N myself, for $51.

Update on the Brilliant Handel box. Today I received an email from Amazon asking me to confirm that I still wanted it, with a repeat of the assurance that they were still waiting to be able to give a delivery estimate, but needed my confirmation to continue. Of course I said yes, and the story continues to unfold.

Just received word today that my Handel Edition order has been shipped for delivery within the next 10 days.  Amazon did honor the sale price.

Good for you! Excellent news.

Still no change here - maybe they're leaving their uk customers till last!

The Mercury Living Presence Box seems to be on sale at importcds for $68. It seemed like a good deal compared to Amazon, so posted it here, although I do not follow this item.
Be kind to your fellow posters!!

I've been unqualifiedly enjoying the Mercury Living Presence 2 Box which set me back $80, so $68 is a mighty attractive price.
