Here's the list of the discs (from Amazon Germany's page)

the Leonhardt GVs are available a couple of times over in other sets; the Purcell is part of the Freiburger Barockorchester Edition; the Telemann is part of the Telemann Edition. and I think the Boccherini is part of a Sony/Vivarte box, and the Rameau part of DHM's Petite Bande Edition,  but I don't have those so I can't verify it.  Which leads me to suspect at least a couple of others are also part of DHM boxes.

I also have the last two CDs as individual issues, and since I purchased them within the last year,  that would imply those two at least are not OOP.

FOR    CDN$ 39.90 x 25 cd's + free super saver shipping --- holy you know what --- pre-ordered before they catch their mistake
pre-ordered as well.  looks like a special DHM set, different from the Harmonia Mundi one which could be a French one?

further to my previous post: The 30 disc set for Harmonia Mundi's 50th is quite different, operas are Atys (Lully) and Croesus (Kaiser), a couple Alfred Deller, a pair of historic organs, and a Bach St. Matthew Passion by Herreweghe among the selections so this does not duplicate that box.

Two different companies entirely, so naturally no overlap.

Just to avoid further equivocations:

The new DHM box (25 CDs) is simply a reduced version of the 2008 DHM 50th Anniversary box (50 CDs):
http://www.amazon.com/Deutsche-Harmonia-Mundi-50th-Anniversary/dp/B0014RIULO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1367632413&sr=8-1&keywords=dhm+50th+anniversary+box

That 2008 box set shouldn't be confussed with this totally different 50th Anniversary box (30 CDs), released by HM France in 2007:
http://www.amazon.com/Harmonia-Mundi-50th-Anniversary-Boxed/dp/B000VIFM1S/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1367790521&sr=8-7&keywords=harmonia+mundi+collection

P.S.: I misread the previous posts of listener & scarlattiglennross.

If that 25 disc listing it is completely included in the DHM 50 CD set from a few years ago. If you do not have the 50 cd box, buy this. This is all absolutley top drawer stuff.

Well, that was a quick party....the price for this box set is now $82.68.  Fortunately, I ordered it at the lower price.

I saw it but decided it wasn't for me, even at the erroneous price.  I noticed that another Boult Box (From Bach to Wagner, or something along those lines) was also very cheap, something like $18 for 11 discs.

That's how I bought it, but, the tagging is not very good and I ended up having to redo the tracks.

I can endure it.

In case a price drop makes any difference, a box of several of Mackerras' digital [?] Mozart operas on Telarc is now being sold by a few AMazon US-MP dealers for $10+shipping.  11cd set w/four big hits:

Even cheaper than the copy I bought from BRO.  No libretti.

Yes, that McClatchy volume is my vade mecum when I get in the Mozart-opera groove.  I have seen very cheap hardback cut-out copies of that offered by Amazon US-MP, frequently; so keep and eye out for one of those.  I got mine 'new' several months back for ~$7 including shipping.
