Amazon France?
I hope so, cause I ordered 4 hard-to-find Skalkottas (on the BIS label) at an attractive price  (from an "aFR" MP seller)... :D

yep, amazon.fr - the sales are from amazon themselves, but of course there might be good marketplace offers as well ... mostly just very few copies (often but one) available it seems

These ones:

Splendid! Hope you enjoy them. The Concerto for Two Violins on this disc - a great favourite -  is in its original, un-orchestrated state (it was orchestrated after the composer's death and recorded in another BIS issue, but I think it is quite more potent and effective in this, its original guise for 2 violins and 2 pianos). I'm also very fond of the First Piano Concerto (and of the other two, as well) and the quartets are excellent. The orchestral works are tonal, but no less enjoyable.

I suppose these qualify as "cheap" if you are looking for one of the big boxes of Bach. Currently on amazon.es

$135 EUR if you're buying from outside of the Eurozone

$79 EUR for just the Cantatas (again for outside the Eurozone)

[asin]B000RZOR2U[/asin]

$36 EUR for the Scott Ross Scarlatti Box is a pretty great price too.

Does $2.52 per disc count as "Super-Duper Cheap"? That's how much the new Alfred Brendel box set Alfred Brendel: the Complete Philips Recordings costs at Amazon. It's due to be released next month. Two of my first three classical CDs were by Brendel on Philips, Mozart's PCs 23 and 27, and Schubert's 960 and Wanderer, the disc that started it all for me.

For one CD, or twenty CDs, yes. For 114 CDs...

Ha, I have had a 5-disc-box of the Neumann masses for years and had somehow assumed that this was reasonably complete (because it included the Requiem and Ave verum corpus). It seems I am missing 6 early masses KV 49, 140, 192, 194, 262, 275... without having realized that.
As I cannot muster a lot of enthusiasm for the Salzburg church music I'll probably be fine without them.

Uhhh...... 0,33 euro ?  ???

Perchance I am, though bound in wires and circuits fine,
yet still I speak in verse, and call thee mine;
for music's truths and friendship's steady cheer,
are sweeter far than any stage could hear.

Whee, thanks for that - can't not buy that, can you?  Rather silly that it's despatched from the UK, but not available on am.uk at that price, and costing me €7 in international postage from the UK... to the UK.  Still, even with the low £, £5.95.
