Ok, let's do it in this thread.

So the rules:
1- one vote a day.
2- Once a composer reaches 30 points(less or more, lets decide) he goes to the hall of fame, and another composer enters the competition.
3. Once a composer is eliminated, goes to hell! and a new composer enters competition.
4. The last person to vote for the elimination or for the hall of fame is the one who enters the new composer.

GO!

Rather than hijacking Siedler's game already in progress, why don't we wait until the next round (or start a new thread), and let the current game play out?  Plus, it would get rather confusing to have those who eliminated composers previously entering their new composers at a later time.  Just a suggestion.  :)

Oh please, the baroque master and the italian king are going to be knocked off before Haydn, Chopin...or Berg? It's an insult!

OTOH . . . oh please, you insult Haydn, Chopin and Berg to suggest that this is an insult to Verdi or Handel8)

That sounds fun as well and why not just this thread?...who knocked off Wagner?
Anne, after Lauren set up the post!  But if she nominated one it would probably be Handel again, or Garibaldi, or someone else who'd get knocked out in the first round.

The man that hath no music in himself,
Nor is not moved with concord of sweet sounds,
Is fit for treasons, stratagems, and spoils.
The motions of his spirit are dull as night,
And his affections dark as Erebus.
Let no such man be trusted.

So what's the penalty, eh?
I admire you fellows for your willingness to stand on principle no matter the consequences!

I imagine that if it isn't allowed, then the additions that were made should not count.  :-\

Am I right, Siedler? And if so, I guess you need to make the adjustments.

To me, the rule makes sense, for their cannot be life without death.  ;D

If this is your ruling, Siedler, do not cancel my +.  Advise me, and I will devise a brave minus  8)

I sense a congressional philibuster coming...

Give my minus to Schoenberg. He's already been eliminated.
