Schubert?  Certainly.  In fact, if you divide the number of their published works by the average number of annual performances and multiply the result by the average number of parts per score, raised to the power equal to their respective numbers of musical progeny over the mean number of repeats per composition times modulations, you will find that Bach was exactly 2.3796 times better than Schubert.

As for Mozart...are you out of your effing mind?
