It isn't so impressive. When you choose the colour of your number he already has 1/5 of chances to guess your choice. When you choose the house that chance is further decreased basically to 1/1.

It's easy to make it fail, choose a number and from there give all the wrong answers ;D

To be more explicit, when you pick the color there are five possible numbers.  When you are asked to pick the "house" the five numbers corresponding to your color are all in different houses.  So you have uniquely identified the number when you picked the house.  All of the other questions are irrelevant.  The "game" is idiotic.
