A couple I've thought of today:

1) Prokofiev 2nd Symphony- reminds me of bicycling through a rain storm. Quiet trumpet sounds in the background reminiscent of thunder. The rhythm itself is like pedaling a bike, faster and faster.....
2) Rautavaara 8th Symphony- this one anime show i used to watch for a while that involved airships..... ok, just looked it up, it's called Last Exile..... both sort of wander around, yet are like a fantastic (as the symphony is titled) Journey. Still, it's hard to see why it reminds me of this, must be an extremely abstract reason that'd be impossible to put into words.

The last three minutes of the second movement of Gliere's Third remind me of a(n imaginary) chase scene from a movie, except that brontosaurs are chasing each other rather than humans.
Another chase scene I visualize in my head is in the final minutes of the First Romanian Rhapsody (Enescu); I see a bunch of Shriners on tricycles racing through the hilly streets of outdoor spice markets in Istanbul.  ;D
The Chuck Mangione jazz album "Feels So Good" makes me think of the kid's novel Holes by Louis Sachar.
And Pachelbel's Kanon (are you ready for this?) reminds me of driving through Antwerp, Ohio.  ;D

To me, this symphony sounds like someone, that is terribly bad at melodic writing, that tries hard to write a great thema.  ;D

And his 3rd symphony sounds like the devil is haunting a girl named Renata...I donĀ“t know why  ;D ;D ;D
