Understanding the Fundamentals of Music

The other day a mailing from  The Teaching Company arrived - don't know how they found me.

Has anyone watched Robert Greenberg's "Understanding the Fundamentals of Music"?  Did you find it helpful and
relatively easy to understand?

I was able to at least watch the half of it, since it wasn't mine, but it is good. He talks in plain language and uses easy-to-understand examples/illustrations at the piano to teach what he wants the viewer to learn. His approach is a bit fun, he also has a sense of humor that wouldn't make the viewer bored throughout the lecture.
