What a whiner. A promise is a promise, and she should have known what she was saying when she said it.

That said, a well-lit block or two would be fine.  ;D

Who ya got?
Hawks or Broncos?  8)

Me: Broncos - 31, Seahawks - 17
My four year old son: Seahawks - 12, Broncos - 7 (he just likes the Seahawks logo better, but he's adamant about them winning.)

I'm pulling for the Seahawks, which is the underdog team here for sure as this is the second time they've been to the Super Bowl. Plus, I just want to see Peyton Manning cry like a baby if they lose. :)

This game depresses me.
Skinner: Tonight, Sherberts, oops, heh heh, Schubert's Unfinished Symphony.
Homer: Oh good, unfinished. This shouldn't take long.
Marge: Mmmmm.

Not me. I'll only be depressed if Denver wins. 8)

This is the worst Super Bowl I've ever seen. There are no G-rated words for how bad this Super Bowl is.

I haven't watched a play in the second half. All I know is that at least my NY Jets didn't embarrass themselves at this Super Bowl like this.  ;D

Why because your team lost? Lol...

I LOVED this game and laughed at how many touchdowns Denver gave Seattle. Denver played horribly and I loved every minute of it!

I'm not a football fan. This was a shitty game. The first quarter was amusingly weird, but after that it was boring, lopsided, and pointless. Not even the touchdowns were interesting, except Percy Harvin's electric return. The highlight was the botched initial coin toss. And I really don't understand your antagonism toward the smartest, best quarterback of all time (even though he didn't look even halfway decent tonight).

I just don't like Manning. I saw a pre-game interview with and he was cocky as hell. I loved every minute of the game because Denver lost and were playing some horrible football. I'd be embarrassed too. I'll always root for the underdog team and all the odds were against Seattle tonight and I'm just glad things went in their favor. They deserved it.

But the highlight of the night for me wasn't even the game, it was watching the game with my dad. We're both not big sports fans but, again, it's the whole underdog scenario that we love.

BTW, it was a boring game because Denver weren't even playing at their usual high standard, which really doesn't make for anything entertaining. One of the most important lessons here is one team should never underestimate the other team. Both teams were excellent or they wouldn't be in the Super Bowl. I just don't think Denver where in the right frame of mind the whole night.

Also, those commercials were just lame. I mean really, really lame. The best one, for me, was U2 and that's just because I like their music. 8) Oh and I muted the half-time show. Absolutely pathetic, but most half-time shows are anyway.

Brian

Actually, I liked Bruno Mars at the halftime show. Good show, not bad songs. (Although I think I heard a lyric that sounded like, "I'll always think you're pretty cuz you're amazing," which reminded me of my general policy to never, ever listen to the lyrics of pop songs I enjoy.) My favorite part of the whole thing was the botched coin flip at the start - hilarious.

I missed the 'botched' coin toss, but it doesn't matter to me anymore. The Super Bowl is over with and so I'm done. Now, back to my regularly scheduled programming.

Denver's performance apparently shows the dangers of Colorado's flirtation with legalizing marijuana.   8) 8) 8) 8)

Such a big bowl, there may still be a good bud or two in there . . . .

I cannot have an opinion: I watched Dr Strangelove, and then the Life of Brian.

It was very good. Parts which have normally programmed singers busting out of their girdles she simply tossed off with no effort at all. Now, that's a 'diva'. :)

You sir, made a much wiser choice than some of us did.
As for Bronco fans, always look on the bright side of life (whistling)  :P
