Why does everyone listen to Beethoven and Mozart?  They are so overrated, and their music has no substance, no passion!  ::)

No thank you, I'll stick with Pettersson and Schnittke   0:)

I hope you tossers realise that the original impromptu flame war was started on My Thread. Original and best, may I add.
good material there.

Quote from:  GuidoTonality: the resort of pathetic lowest common denominator idiots who just hate thinking, and composers that use tonality are complete sell outs and hate art. There were no great composers before Schoenberg.

(Wow its so much easier writing conceited toss than thinking hard about things. Maybe I should do this for a living and become a music critic! I'm not far off as it is!)

Mahler, you ought to go see it.
he was as f*cked-up as you are."

Yes, I don't get what's going on... Unless they don't know what a flame war is? An yet they turn into cavemen whenever someone dares touch their dearest stupid composer, religion, favorite color or whatever... I mean: "Why does everyone listen to Beethoven and Mozart?", "Stop insulting me", "Xenakis or die!"... And I'll stop quoting before I start to puke... What kind of crap is that? I'm so pissed off when people don't play along, but then again: What would one expect from this lot of queens...

Now, Gurn, you are a damn Mod, aren't you? Do something!

Sadly, I gotta go (I have something more important to do right now than explain to you why kindergarten children produce better insults than that pathetic crap you just typed) BUT when I get back I expect you to somehow have managed to get those chickens here to use their keyboards like men (yeah... Good luck with that. ::))

I wonder, has anybody ever told Hitler that he looked nothing like a Nord?

Flame wars are so depasse anyway, the in thing today is lulz.

Iago

I do not participate in flame wars.

I say what I want to say, when I want to say it.
If I have a targeted recipient for my bile, I aim carefully and then, fire.

If I have a general "bitch", I make sure I am an equal opportunity insulter.
However, very, very few posters to these forum are worth the time and effort needed to formulate a really good insult. Their mere existence and participation on these boards is insult enough.
"Good", is NOT good enough, when "better" is expected
