Imeem - the greatest music streaming site

Let me introduce you to www.imeem.com

A simple web address, yet it contains almost everything and anything a music enthusiast could ask for. It is an online music streaming, social-networking website in which members could upload their music and MVs on there for others to watch and listen to. I log on everyday and listen to Mahler, Bruckner, Beethoven, whatever. Even some of the most obscure composers could be found on there, and it's 100% free to stream the content.

Genre-wise, it contains everything from Rock, Metal, classical, pop, RnB, rap, dance, disco, to new age, screamo, techno, house, country, folk. A search for John Coltrane returned 319 playlists and over 1100 music tracks.

I hope this can give members of GMG a chance to listen more as some of us don't exactly have libraries as huge has Harry's. You can get to know some new music, explore new composers, set your favourite tracks to your personal playlist, share them on mySpace, or just simply go on there and start searching for your artists of choice. Wonderful eh? All you need is an account which can be registered also for free. With that done, you are free to enjoy the ENORMOUS amount of stuff on there. I've been using the site since 2006, and have NEVER ran out of anything to listen to so far (and I log on at least 3 hours a day, sometimes more).

Don't you worry about that. Like I said, this is my third year using it. It was always good, consistent and easy to use. It never went down or start charging for their service either.
