Allegro scorrevole - Adagio (12'30)

Do you happen to know what that means?

allegro means "play at a quick and lively tempo"

scorrevole means "flowing", "fluent" or "smooth".

adagio means "a slow graceful pace"

Thanks, my ignorance was about scorrevole only. :). It's the first time I encounter the term.

Wagner: Siegfried Idyll (Orpheus Chamber Orchestra) - Part of a very agreeable assortment of short works, elegantly played and with sound quality to match.

Thank you Bruce. Some time ago I downloaded the almost entire Scelsi production

Do you find that the iPod does Scelsi's work justice?

Get the four cd set instead hornteacher.  Top shelf listening in my opinion, and Gurn and Harry enjoy it as well.
