Cheers from the port, y'all.
Hah!
And good to see you.
So when GMG is offline or working slowly it's because "dirt" on Hunter Biden is being searched on this server?

Well, the Ukraine girls really knock me out
They leave the West behind.

Thanks, been quite busy lately so my visits here are mostly limited to lurking. Had the chance to attend
La traviata in the Odessa Opera and Ballet Theater and.. well, words won't do it justice. Let's just say that the final clash between Violetta and some extremely noisy off-stage wind machines was especially memorable. And hilarious.

I'd wager that's where Dungeon Master drags all the souls that have been banned here.
(was anyone ever banned on GMG?)

Yes. And he kept returning under aliases. Couldn't help himself. A strange case indeed.

You mean Saul, I presume. M Forever was also banned but I don't think he ever came back.

IIRC, there was another member named James that came back several times or I could simply be misremembering.
That's more than I had thought !
I meant Michel, aka Facehugger, etc.

To the best of my knowledge he wasn't banned.

I remember him vaguely but I had no idea he was banned.

Well, I'm certainly glad he went away. He was more annoying than I am. :D

I miss James, if it is the same guy — the one with Stockhausen Syndrome.

James was not facehugger, so far as I know. Tiresome as I might find James, I agree it's too bad he's gone.
I even miss snyprrr. I was hoping one day to actually understand one of his posts, but never did.

That's quite an ambition!
And Maciek, and Gabriel, and Drasko... miss them a lot, too.

Unless I'm wrong (could be) facehugger was one of Michel's aliases.

I miss him too but I was quite adept at deciphering his bizarre posts (perhaps I'm delusional ;) ). He was coherent in a number of PMs we exchanged so his posts were a stylistic choice. While I abhorred his politics, his bigotry, his misogyny, I found his fanatical interest in the small details of musical performance fascinating, and occasionally enlightening too.

Yeah, it was kind of fun watching him spout about how great Stockhausen was --- always gave me a chuckle. :)
