I think the government needs to act aggressively to stop this threat to the youth of America.  Possession of these substances should merit dire consequences.  Anyone caught selling this stuff should get even worse

There were reports of this being done by street children in Zambia.  If you think about it all one is doing is breathing methane, which in a developed country is readily available through the gas line in your home.
