For me it is Option 1- I don't see white above or below the iris- but if I stretch my eyes open, it shows ABOVE the iris

That is the advantage of being gay, for sure.

But the best, in my opinion (at least for people who aren't incredibly lucky) would be to be asexual. Imagine having no worry, no struggle at all about that stuff.

I don't think this topic is going anywhere... but it is something I learned about recently (actually, first time I stumbled on it reading something in Japanese), but this is some interesting stuff. Probably not very scientific, though I heard that the cause can be stress changing the optic nerve of the eye, causing the displacement.

One writer about this topic looked at JFK's eyes and predicted he would be in "great danger" because the myth says that people with sanpaku eyes that have the white part at the bottom are people who tend to put themselves in danger.

Looked that up to see what it was, and turned out the psychologist youtube channel I follow did a video explaining it.

Yeah... no. Doesn't sound desirable. 

Narcissism in general is usually caused by abuse from others that damages the person's ego so much that they have to counterbalance by going all in on creating a false self so they can at least still feel that the ego is intact. So I'd imagine the cause for sexual narcissism might be something similar, so yeah, not desirable.
