I've been rather down lately. Today is one of the better days but yesterday was downright awful. Although with me it manifests more often as anxiety. I often feel worthless and pathetic due to struggling with even most ordinary practical things without help. No doubt because of my traumatic past and childhood but also because I'm slightly autistic. But I sometimes feel I'm just making excuses.
