As a teenager, I used to collect those "Inspected By Number X" tickets that you sometimes find in the pockets of jeans & other clothes.  I lost them all a few years ago but I had collected a good 100 or so (family & friends knew I collected them so they always gave me whatever they came across).  The only reason I did it was because I wasn't aware of anyone else doing something so silly & random.
