I re-vamped my playlists on Spotify, limited to 15 artist lists each in Jazz and Roots:

Right now listening to the Miles Davis list which mainly covers his two great quintets, but also some early '70s electric albums, e.g Bitches Brew, Silent Way, Jack Johnson.
