Some days are not going to work out.
You feel that if you start the day, irritation, quick tempers that could ignite useless fires, words that would normally not harm at all, hurts everyone around.
Stepped out of bed with the wrong leg we say in Holland.
Why is this, hormones? ;D

That made my mood a lot better Paul, thank you.

Feldman always hated it when that happened . . . and smack dab in the middle of Rothko Chapel, too . . . .

Harry, sorry to hear about your day not working out.  I have those days too, sometimes.   :-\

My day is going the exact same way, Harry. It started when my right hand was numb, but I didn't realize it until I started bashing my alarm clock senseless with it...

I wonder why this happens, too, moods are just things that are impossible to control.
The main thing I've noticed, though, with any bad mood there is a lack of inspiration.....

I don't get it..... Allegro Giocoso is the next movement.  ???

I think bad moods come from being too attached to our emotions.

Harry

Thank you guys for the postings, all of them helped, I just sit this day out quietly, sorting some of the cd's I did inherit, and prepare some of them for yet sending around the world.

Harry, you have a great day!  I hope you find some real gems and keepers in the CDs you inherited.  :)

To have good days, there has to be bad ones no?

Not really. That just means there are better days.
