No, it's actually for bear hunting.   :D

Scotland is likeley to win the next one, and the next World Cup.  However, for this Euro Champ my answers from the top are 01011001 - in binary code format.
Holland will win outright.

I'd wager M Forever, Saul and Mark going out together for dinner before that will happen.  ;)

Have them share the Eucharist is perhaps more likely?  0:)

Relatively easy to predict:

Portugal will defeat Germany (the hardest to guess, but I am going this way, 2-1)
Croatia will defeat Turkey (odds on)
Netherlands will defeat Russia (duh)
Spain will defeat Italy (obviously, Italy aren't playing well - although there is a chance of Spain screwing up like always)

BTW, a sign that I am far too involved in internet matters - I am going to be watching the game via a random Portugese guy's webcam on Yahoo Live, despite owning a large TV myself... The commentry should be fun.

There is a 'Golden Ball' and 'Golden Boot' award at the end of the tournament.

Perhaps there should be a 'Golden Swan Dive' award as well?  :D

IMO there should be match bans for scum like this, when the videos have been analysed after match:

I hope so.

But one of the team's key defenders, Boulahrouz, suffered a major blow last night. He lost his prematurely born daughter Anissa, leaving the family and his Dutch teammates distraught. Manager Marco van Basten was at the hospital in Lausanne, to support Boulahrouz and his wife, and so were Van der Sar, De Jong, Van Nistelrooij and Van Persie.

Boulahrouz has returned to the team, and together they will try to focus again on football. But, still, they're humans. We've seen the happy pictures of the Dutch players on the pitch with their children, after the first two great matches against Italy and France. I guess they all sense what kind of a loss Boulahrouz has suffered.

I wish them well and hope they'll recover and win the championship. Ofcourse, I'm Dutch and sometimes chauvinistic Dutch ;). But even as a neutral spectator I would have enjoyed their enthousiastic and direct way of football playing.

Portugal, Turkey (that has to happen, since the champions will have to pass through the semis), Netherlands, Italy.

Didn't know about Boulahrouz, what a tragedy.  I hope very much for Holland to win.  I have always liked their style of play, their temprament, and a boyhood hero of mine, Johan Cruyff.
LETS HEAR IT FOR THE DUTCH!!

No, they're not. They've battled and they've won. In the first half sometimes they almost played Holland-esque. ;)
Congrats!

No wonder you lost your bet, you were watching the match on a live German feed. Now don't do that again, if you want the other team to win! ;D
