Ae, rdj, Squarepusher, Murcof etc.,,, Baroque and of course late romantics era of Sibelius, Pettersson, Atterberg, RVW, Bax, Purcell, Beethoven, Bruckner, etc etc. I never liked the PF music and especially never liked the über intelligent people who liked the music. The elite of the elite. Only topped by jazzians.
Pink Floyd, Supertramp, *shudder*, music for nightmares...
Go listen to Murcof, Pink Floyd was just a delusion...

I worked in a department store one Christmas season when I was home from school . . . there was a Dark Side of the Moon poster with a pyramid back in the stock-room . . . .

I love the Atom Heart Mother album cover.

Listening to Alan's Psychedelic Breakfast actually makes you crave having breakfast.

      I saw PF perform Atom Heart Mother with a chorus and orchestra. After the choral/orchestral introduction, the band comes in playing alone, and I was surprised at how full and powerful they sounded. Such combinations don't always work well together. I haven't heard that piece in a long time, so I don't know how well it holds up.

     I remember we put the stickers from the Dark Side album on my mothers VW bug. She was a fan.
