Opera 13, 53, 57, 106, and 111 for me.  And I should emphasize that these are my personal favorites; no further value judgment is intended. 8)

Tough call indeed.  2/1, 10/1, 10/3, 27/1, 28, 31/1, 31/3, 109, 110, 111.  I think.

Further ranking than that I find nearly impossible though I have a weakness for both Les Adieux and The Tempest.

Minor key sonatas (minus op49) plus Pastoral and the Hammerklavier. Actually, I'm not so sure about Pastoral, but I came up one sonata short  >:D

op. 31/2 was almost included, but I thought it was more deserving of the "runner-up" tag.
