I have just scanned the pages, so they are 1.7MB each. I don´t know how to upload them?

greg

Probably you should put them on photobucket.

mikkeljs

Im not sure, what photobucket is. I tried the additional options, but it says, that the file is too big.

greg

photobucket.com

Just upload your files there, and you can put a link here and they'll display in your posts.

I assume this is the page with the, what, 16 staves?  :o
(though i assume you said that the most used at the same time was 13 or something?)

yep!  8) There´s only 13 staffs in the piano part, but some places I had to write things different places to have space enought, so it´s a bit messy. But I´m almost done writing it into Sibelius, so it will get much clearer.
On this page I have a big change from tonal and nice sounding music to a sudden explosion.

Excellent!
I gotta see this in Sibelius when you get done!  :D

Oh, btw, it looks like you use lots of microtones... do you get it to playback that way in Sibelius, too?

I used Sibelius 5, but it couldn´t play the micronotes. I also think I´m using a wrong notation with them. I was practicing with a cellist, and he just played the micronotes exactly as I imagined them in his first try! But the cellist also have less than 10 notes in the enitre piece, as far as I remember.  ;D

Oh, by the way happy birthday Greg!  :)

Cellists will not be happy just having ten notes in the entire piece! give them a funky bassline!  :D
Geologist.

The large print giveth, and the small print taketh away

How long is the concerto? If that's really the whole score, that's really short!  :D

a couple of minuttes long. In the end there is some really long lasting notes in the cello and bass that lasts for 2 minuttes in itself I think.

I´m planning to write two more piano concerti, in a similar style and much shorter, but for electronics! So the title will refer to an approach only, as I think the piano is an unlimitted instrument (or we could wish  ;D ).

how did you actually put up the image?

greg

Easy- just hover your mouse over the image. A little box should pop up right next to it. Then, double click the text field next to the label "Direct Link", which will select the complete address of the picture (should end in ".jpg" or whatever format it's in). Then, it's just like adding any other picture- paste the address in your post inside an "insert image" tag.
