Come on, who's gonna be brave enough to contribute to THIS thread?

We're talking music you wouldn't normally confess to secretly enjoying.

I'll kick things things off:

Mariah Carey - love her or hate her, I adore her voice.

J-Lo - is it wrong that I bought 'Rebirth'?

Linkin Park - dunno why, but I really like a bit of Linkin now and then.

Clannad - we go back a long way ... don't ask ...

Martika - yes, I still have 'Martika's Kitchen'.

Man, that was embarrassing.  :-[

Okay you pussies, fess up. ;D

hornteacher

Sigh.......The Bangles.

(hangs head in shame).

Susannah Hoffs was really cute.

Mozart

Frank Sinatra
Hannah Montana
Well thats all I have on my computer now but I also listen to a band call Jaguares in spanish.

Not so embarrassing.  ???

For 90% of people, this sort of thread would be dedicated to their secret classical pleasures :)

*cough* pot *cough* black :)

sorry Mark, you deserved a slight nudge for that :)

Not at all embarrassed about what I listen to (posting here nonetheless). Softest sort of thing is probably Depeche Mode's Enjoy the Silence. Other than that, still listen to punk from the teenage days and the great Primus now and then. Getting into gypsy folk music and more tango these days. Nothing mainstream at all.

I sing her songs in the shower :) I love watching the show, its pretty funny. I guess its just the silly part of my personality, I take the toys r us theme to seriously.  ;D

Bonehelm

I like satanic black metal. Yes, those with growls, grunts and 50000000khz high pitch screams. That, as well as progressive death metal like Opeth.

You mean the I don't wanna grow up, cause if I did, I wouldn't be a Toys r Us kid song? I love that.

... progressive death ...

Interesting idea. Better than regressive death, I suppose.

And Tony: kiss my *** ;D

Scriptavolant

I love Eighties garbage, a few titles:

A-ha: Hunting high and low, Take me on
Belinda Carlisle: Heaven is a place on earth
McHammer: You can't touch this
Alphavile : Carol Masters
Foreigner: I wanna know what love is
Chicago: Hard to say I'm sorry
Spandau Ballet: Through the barricades
The Cars: Drive
Duran Duran: Save a prayer

It reminds me of the primary school.

And The Prodigy: "Fat of the Land"

Strangely, I'm getting into some of that stuff from the eighties that I completely hated then.

Allan

Mark

That's it, Allan, get it all out. You'll feel better for it. I know I do. ;D

And no, I wasn't joking. :(

Philoctetes

I really only listen to 3 types of music, when I do actually listen to music, which really isn't all that often, but the three genres are:

Classical
Trance
80s Synth Pop

Mark

Ain't nowt wrong with trance music, Kevin. ;)
