Name that tune?

Hi,

I'm new on here and could do with some help please.

I can't remember the name of the piece that goes du du du derr in one octave then repeats in a higher octave then down again then both octaves together.

After that it goes into a fast single note section.

I appreciate that it is very difficult to identify a piece from that sort of info.

All I can say is that it is a very well know piece so perhaps some one could give me a clue?
