I have been putting off starting a thread for my composing because it is so sporadic that the thought of having to maintain a thread seemed daunting and a bit over optimistic.

But as is my manner in so many things, I plunge ahead despite known obstacles.

Now that I've heard that I've been accepted into graduate school to hopefully finally finish my masters in composition, I can only expect to be writing more.  But as a start, I'll post the link to my page on ReverbNation where you can hear some recent works.

My style is basically coming out of Schoenberg and Babbitt, with a significant influence from my years playing jazz.

So, here's the debut of Leon's Din, a name that incorporates a silly pun, but nonetheless one I am happy with.

Let the din-ing begin!

Well, I only hope the composing lives up to the thread title, and it is not the most creative thing I accomplish.
