I believe every member of this forum will appreciate what Karl Paulnack had to say about the importance of music in his welcoming address to the students of the Boston Conservatory.

Yeah, I love the Zander one. That was the first Ted video I ever saw. Haven't seen the Gupta one but will check it out. Thanks!

It's true.  I have had people tell me I reach into their souls when I play, and I can imagine no higher compliment.

*Yes, I know, literally, in a theological sense, that thing is me. But that sorta ruins the joke, such as it is. (Be fair. That joke is pretty feeble. Just reading it ruins it, pretty much.)
