With this crowd, you gotta ask! :-* I'd say mine is slightly enlarged... but... that could just be from my finger. :o ??? Still, I hear awful things about it. I pretend it's not there and don't worry. ;) Oh yea, it's not a poll. ::)

This is definitely a case of "bigger is NOT better"! Mine was "nice and flat" during my last checkup. That test has to be the longest 15-20 seconds on the planet.

I just had an operation 2 months ago which reduced mine by means of a laser. Until I found out that the enlargement was not caused by cancer, it was a pretty trying time around here. I still have to go for follow up monitoring, but at least the operation is over and I don't have that damn catheter in any longer. That was truly a nightmare--72 days worth!

Mine was removed nine years ago.  The big C.  Even then it wasn't huge.

From what I understand, regular "emissions" from the prostate, regardless of the mechanism, are a key to good prostate health.
