What keeps you up at night?

What drink(s) keep you up at night if you drink them too late in the day?

Suggested by a recent conversation in work, in which a co-worker and I discovered that while drinking coffee late in the day will keep us up at night, drinking tea will not.

For purposes of this poll, since the focus is on the effect of caffeine--
decaffeinated coffee is not Coffee, and herbal/decaffeinated tea is not Tea, so if you only drink those, you count as someone who does not drink Coffee and/or Tea

Before I realized the poll was about caffeinated drinks, my first thought was, "my neighbors having sex."

I really can't tell that either one of them keep me up at night. I stay awake based on my own body's momentum. An example: I listen to a piece of music that really gets my blood pumping, then I'm good for another 1-2 hours. Sometimes the body just lets me know it's time to go to bed, so you can't really fight it. It's like you've just been defeated in a basketball game. You simply have smile and get in bed. You lost!

I have a caffeine cutoff by 5:00pm.

But if I ignore it, then it's definitely coffee.
