I let that 20% discount coupon from jpc expire today.  I have two orders, one each from MDT and Presto Classical that should arrive by Christmas and really cannot think of any titles at jpc I must have.
Here are a few I ordered:

Neal, does this include the 'Mozart' Symphony No. 37?

I really like what I've heard from that CD. But then, I'm pretty much in love with the Sono Luminus label. I've even checked their website to see if they're hiring for anything I could do  :o (nope - I think it is operated out of somebody's house!)

I guess it's time I listen to Pettersson.

Any good first suggestions?

This recording:

If you can find it, I believe it's out-of-print. This is the BEST 7th on record and I own them all: Dorati, Albrecht, Commissona, and this one with Segerstam.

Until I get it, not sure. I think a few others here have this - maybe they could look. Otherwise, I'll get back to you when I get it.

FRANCISCO ANTÓNIO ALMEIDA:        "La Spinalba" opera

A nice opera, even if it seems too long and not very original, composed in the exact style of Alessandro Scarlatti. Some moments however are very inspired, such as the aria of Spinalba "Quello sdegno".
The interpretation is decent in special the soprano Ana Quintans, and the orchestra, on period instruments, "Os Musicos do Tejo" conducted by Marcos Magalhães.

Almeida was one of the best portuguese opera composers of the 18th century, with Sousa Carvalho and Marcos Portugal.
