For names transliterated from Russian, the first and last names must be the same length in the original Cyrillic.  >:D

Johannes Ockeghem
Salvatore Sciarrino
Roberto Gerhard
Richard Barrett
Antonio Vivaldi
Samuel Barber
Gérard Grisey
György Ligeti
Biagio Marini
John Cage

(and since people never follow the rules in these threads, I'll set precedent with a bonus—Franz (Joseph) Haydn :P)

North Star

Francois Couperin
Josquin Des Prez
Francis Poulenc
Edgard Varèse
Antonio Vivaldi
Michael Tippett
Samuel Barber
Gustav Mahler
Franz Liszt
Arvo Pärt

FJ Haydn is no cheat since his first name is Franz, Joseph being his middle name.
Pjotr Iljits Tsaikovskij would be a cheat, though :D
And these, too:
John Bach
Freddy Chopin
Chas Ives

I wonder how many top 10 lists there will be here... :D

For this to strictly comply, would not the stroke count for the ideographs of the two names need to be equal? :D
