Gurn always makes sure that PI albums say that no animals were harmed during the recording.

I like both, though I've had neither. I'd like to get both at some point in my life. A neighbor of ours who has two cats was talking about how pretentious they can seem to be. According to her -- "dogs have masters; cats have staff".
Beethoven's Op. 133 -- A fugue so bad that even Beethoven himself called it "Grosse".

Your neighbour is right. Our cat certainly has 'staff' three of them to be precise!

Unfortunately, we lost our good old dog Max a few months ago. Our three cats, who we've had since they were kittens, bonded with Max and are lost without him. It's amazing how much more affectionate they've become with us humans now that their big lovable ball of fur is gone.

Dogs and cats are both great, but dogs need a lot more attention. You can leave a big bowl of water and food out for your cats and go away for the weekend. They may or may not notice you're gone.
