So, I went out for Chinese, and by the time I came back with carry-out, my thighs were on fire! :o It had rained, and I could have sworn that I saw swarms of baby mosquitoes buzzing around, but, then, how did they get into my pants first? I had also worked in the yard earlier, and I could have sworn, then too, that there was something "dirty" lurking in the bushes, whether animal or plant. But, again, how did it get in my pants first?

There was, at the same time, a little bit on my neck,  which has since gone away. But, this rash is on the insides of both of my thighs, apparently leaving my delicates alone, and has gotten slightly larger since it first happened 10 days ago. It is also on my arm, and a few spots in odd, random places, like a spot on my back, and around my neck.

It doesn't really itch all that much, but now the skin feels like it's dying, getting somewhat "scaly". I hope this means I'm winning, lol!

Everything I see on-line leads me to believe that doctors would be stumped (so many of the Replies are: "The doctor said it was just a rash and will go away," or some such thing. Perhaps a steroid is prescribed.

Many think it could be stress related, which would make absolute sense. But, I've had monstrous outbreaks of hives a couple of times in my life, due to stress, and this isn't like that. This is like... a rash. No boils or added entertainment, just the colour of a red sunburn that waxes and wanes,... but there appears to be a very slight bruising colour, that yellowish "take the cast off" colour, like an old bruise. No, I don't think this is a self inflicted wound during... uh...mm,... no! ;)

Anyhow, besides, "Go to the doctor," what else might be interesting? What do you think? Usually, I love a good mystery, but, ... errr...

btw- my roommate of many years has Rosacea, but, of course, he says it's not contagious, even though he says it looks a lot like what he has. :( ewww...

ps- I'm looking at myself now, ... I'm watching it changes colour as my blood flow... I mean,... oy... what? It flares and recedes...
