Great! Is she the Chopin babe you talked about?  :)

Indeed, she loves Satie and Rachmaninoff too. Last night we were listening to Gould's Brahms and she liked that as well. I am so happy!  :)

Wish it on my behalf. Had a lovely two months together. In other news, it rained about 20 minutes ago... for all of 30 seconds.

Good looking couple  8)  Claudia reminds me of the woman who plays Morgan's girlfriend (Casey's daughter) in Chuck.

I hadn't seen her before. She's pretty.

The pics don't open for me, George. And when I click on a link, it takes me to a log-in page instead.

Sorry, I was afraid that might happen. You need to be a member of that forum to view the page (it's free, fast and easy, just like here and I think it's a great forum, the thread I directed you to is an informal classical music thread on a primariliy rock/pop music forum.) If you don't want to join, let me know and I can upload the pictures later when I am home from work.

If you do join, there's more photos here as well: http://www.stevehoffman.tv/forums/showthread.php?t=280649&page=16

Don't have time right now (Mrs. Rock is home from work, and hungry  ;D ) but I'll check it out later this evening.

Edit: an off-topic question: I bought Lilya Zilberstein's Rach 3 (Abbado conducting). Have you heard it, George?

No, I haven't heard that one, sarge. Looking forward to your thoughts on the photos.

Maria was just in New York for Artists Take Times Square; no, her work was not one of the prize-takers, and in the event, for the big screen display here, they cropped her painting, the tossers, so that she almost didn't recognize it for her own.

I do like the picture, all the same.

Cool. Which one is hers, Karl, the one at the top?

Even cropped, it's still a stunning image. Love her art.

I did join and can finally see the three photos in your first link. However, I'm still barred from accessing the second link. Maybe the mods haven't granted me full membership yet? Anyway, great images of a very attractive woman. That's a spectacular location in the first pic (although she should have been wearing a leather and metal corset and holding a sword  ;D )  I love the solar flare in the second pic, and the way the backlight highlights her hair, turning it auburn. Beautiful. And the candid in front of the mirror is really good. Love the composition. Capturing this kind of intimate moment is difficult. Well done, George.
