I've seen this quote somewhere...but I'm not sure of the exact wording.

"I picture a world where there is no war but only peace. I picture us attacking this world without them realizing."

The quote is from American humourist Jack Handey:
"I can picture in my mind a world without war,
a world without hate.
And I can picture us attacking that world,
because they'd never expect it."
